Skipton Food Bank is run by Skipton Baptist Church. Food provided entirely from donations is distributed as food hampers to those in need through local agencies, not directly from the church. We have several donation points around Skipton and in surrounding areas.

We can also help with debt counselling through Christians Against Poverty.

From small beginnings a few years ago we now collect and distribute emergency food hampers in the Skipton and Craven area. We work through local agencies rather than directly with recipients, as this ensures that further help and support is available to those who need it.

Drop off points for donations are:

Skipton • Craven DC Offices, Tesco, Dyneley House Surgery, Children’s Centre (Brougham Street), Wonder in Wood (Otley St), Community Hub (Belmont Bridge), Magpie (Albion Square), Craven Volunteer Centre (Otley Street)

Also At St Wilfred’s Burnsall, St Michael’ Linton, Carleton – Post office and St Mary’s church, Settle WI & Quakers, Booths in Settle, Addingham Co-op, Bolton Priory, St Mary’s Long Preston.
